For eligible non-defective returns such as change of mind, no longer wanted, size preference or personal preference, contact support@ryvuni.com within 14 calendar days after receipt. The customer pays return shipping.

Items may be required to be unused, unworn, unwashed, in original condition and with original tags where applicable, subject to mandatory statutory rights.

B

Defective / Damaged / Incorrect / Incomplete

If goods are damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, contact support@ryvuni.com. The merchant pays the applicable return shipping cost and, for an approved exchange, the replacement shipping cost.

Normal change-of-mind conditions do not limit mandatory rights for non-conforming goods.

C

EU Statutory Withdrawal

Where EU distance-selling consumer rules apply, consumers generally have a statutory right to withdraw from an eligible contract within 14 days after receipt without giving a reason, subject to applicable conditions and exceptions.

The consumer may bear return shipping for a normal withdrawal where this responsibility was clearly disclosed before purchase.

Refund timeline

Our internal target is to process approved refunds within 7 business days after returned goods are received and the necessary review is completed. Banks, card issuers or payment providers may need additional time to display the refund.

This internal target does not extend, replace or reduce any mandatory statutory refund deadline.

Refund method

Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method.

EU original delivery cost

Where the EU statutory right of withdrawal applies, standard original delivery costs are refunded where required by applicable consumer law.

If a consumer chose a delivery method more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery option, the supplementary amount above the least expensive standard delivery cost may be excluded where applicable law permits.

Statutory refund timing

For EU statutory withdrawal, refunds follow the mandatory statutory deadline. Where permitted by law, the merchant may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or the consumer provides evidence that the goods were sent back, as applicable.

Exceptions where applicable

If clearly personalised, custom-made or made-to-order goods are offered in the future, they may be excluded from ordinary change-of-mind withdrawal only where applicable law allows. This does not remove rights for defective, damaged, incorrect goods, merchant production error or other mandatory statutory rights.

Mandatory statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory statutory consumer rights. Where a mandatory rule conflicts with a commercial return rule, the mandatory rule prevails.
