Address accuracy
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect address information can affect delivery.
Address changes
You may request an address change before dispatch by contacting support@ryvuni.com. After dispatch, a change cannot be guaranteed and may depend on the carrier.
Delivery delays
Estimated transit may vary because of destination, carrier operations, customs processing, peak periods, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside reasonable control. These circumstances do not remove mandatory statutory responsibilities.
Lost parcels
If a parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact support@ryvuni.com. We review tracking and investigate with the relevant carrier. Reasonable delivery information may be requested where necessary. If the parcel is confirmed lost, an appropriate resolution will be offered: reshipment or refund.
Customs and import duties
For international orders, customs duties, import charges or customs-handling charges imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility where applicable, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
